Are noserings becoming popular again? Over the last several weeks, I have noticed a substantial number of women and girls sporting noserings--more than I remember seeing since the salad days of the mid to late 90s. I think about 2/3 of these ladies were college-aged or slightly older and the other third were my age and could have been wearing them since the 90s.
